Owner & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Dawn Parisi leads marketing, client development, and brand strategy for Hotel Energy Solutions. With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Dawn’s career spans leadership roles with global brands including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Hilton, and Wyndham. She played a critical role in launching the innovative Aloft and Element brands, spearheading new builds and transitions across North America. Since co-founding Hotel Energy Solutions, Dawn has leveraged her deep understanding of hotel operations and guest experience to deliver tailored energy strategies that align with brand standards and owner objectives. Dawn’s creativity and market insight drive the company’s client engagement and growth.
Scott Parisi
President
Scott Parisi brings more than 25 years of experience in hotel operations, engineering, and asset management. Prior to founding Hotel Energy Solutions, Scott served in executive roles for major hospitality organizations and oversaw engineering services for hundreds of properties nationwide. His operational expertise ensures that energy efficiency solutions are not only technically sound but operationally viable for hotels of all types and sizes. As President, Scott is responsible for strategic leadership, client relationships, and project execution. His hands-on approach and deep industry network make him a trusted partner to hotel owners, developers, and management companies.

Vice President of Energy
Giles King leads the energy strategy, technology integration, and sustainability initiatives at Hotel Energy Solutions. With a background in energy consulting and building systems optimization, Giles has helped commercial clients—including major hotel brands—implement data-driven energy conservation measures that result in measurable savings. At Hotel Energy Solutions, Giles oversees energy audits, capital planning, and performance monitoring, helping clients identify actionable solutions with strong ROI.
